Booking is confirmed after quotation approval.
Accurate pickup & delivery details must be provided.
Additional items may result in revised pricing.

3. Payments

Pricing depends on distance, volume, and service type.
Advance payment may be required.
Full payment must be cleared before or at delivery.

4. Customer Responsibility

Keep valuables, cash and important documents separately.
Ensure proper access and parking arrangements.
Be present during pickup and delivery.

5. Restricted Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, explosives, flammable items, perishables, cash, jewelry or confidential documents.

6. Delivery & Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes or government restrictions. We are not liable for delays beyond control.

7. Damage & Insurance

Damage must be reported immediately at delivery.
Liability is limited to declared value (if declared at booking).
Insurance claims (if opted) are subject to insurer terms.

8. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation before dispatch may qualify for partial refund.
Last-minute cancellations may incur service charges.
Refund timelines depend on payment method.

9. Website Usage
